I have a PayPal account, but not with email address this was sent to!! One of the great things about Outlook and Outlook Express, is that you can see the links at the bottom of the email without actually having to click on it to see where it goes and what kinds of cooties it tries to give you! All you do is “hover” your cursor over the link.
For those of you who are struggling with PayPal, this is for you. PayPal has created a few new “rules” do to scamming, phishing, and spamming issues. To keep the bad guys from stealing, the rest of us must adapt. PayPal is requesting that you upgrade your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, AOL, etc.).
If you happen to be a website owner, PayPal does not like redirects or forwarders in Internet Explorer. It wants direct routes to the content and does not want to be bounced from place to place. Firefox does not have this issue.
