MarieG Coach

We’d like to Welcome MarieG Coach! MarieG Coach is a life and wellness coach. She came to me asking for a better site and she wanted better rankings when her services were searched. She had a website at the time that wasn’t quite doing what she needed and it wasn’t really “her”. After talking with her for awhile and learned she had a blog at WordPress that was separate from her website. I mentioned that she should put both her site and her blog together so she can go to one place and take care of everything. She can also say, “my blog is attached to my site” instead of sending a person to two different web addresses. She is much happier with that she has now and it’s still a work in progress, and we are making progress!! You can she our progress by going to www.mariegcoach.com.

Christmas Time!!

Here was my work station for putting together packages and greeting cards for my clients and other networking buddies. It may be the typical time of year to do something for your clients, but that doesn’t phase me. I put a lot of thought into doing something special. I’ve gotten several thank you’s from clients and referral sources and that means a lot to me! Merry Christmas, everyone!! Happy Hanukkah too!!

Keep Your Clients Interested

To keep clients and customers interested in your website and your services, you should update your site from time to time. Even if you have a small, brochure style website that’s just a few pages, you should update your information. Adding details to your products and services, updating your portfolio, adding testimonials, anything else to give your clients something new to look at will do your site and your business some good.

On top of keeping your potential and current clients interested, it keeps search engines interested. If you don’t keep up with your website, your search rankings fall and makes it harder for future clients to find you. Take for example, River City Painters. Just last year, we worked together to build them a site that they really liked and one that we were proud to put our name on. Just this last month, we made several changes, from the overall design to adding more testimonials. Another client chose to remove a section of his site and replace it with one that he can use now and will help potential clients to use his services.

Making these changes is a great way to freshen up your site. Think about it, if you are looking for information, how often are you going to keep visiting a site that doesn’t change? How often will you visit a site that tends to change? So take some time and look at your own site. Can you elaborate on some of your service or product descriptions? Have you received new testimonials that could be placed on your site? Do you have new photos that can be added to your gallery? Have you added products or services that aren’t listed on your site? Moved, added staff? Is the design 5 years old?

Take the time to freshen it up. Keep your clients coming back for more, freshen your website regularly and they’ll come back again and again.
